My teenage daughter has been seeing Dr, Brune since she was 14 for acne problems, she is now 17. We are very frustrated & now looking for another Dermatologist because Dr. Brune has not been able to find anything to help her. It's always us calling saying "this just isn't working" so we go back to the office where you will sit @ least 15 min. past your apt. time, then be called back and sit 10-15 min more in room before she shows up & then seems in an awful hurry to get out. So after $100's of dollers spent on appointments & 1 med after another we are looking for a new doc.

I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
