When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I have found this vet to be very experienced and helpfull, never trying to "sell" me things or treatments that were not totally in the best interest of my animal. I've gone to him for at least eight years and had rwo cats and a dog, so it was a well rounded experience. I recently had to put one of my cats to sleep, and despite the circumstances, I couldn't have asked for anything more.
