Calm & clean waiting room; by appt; very pleasant, helpful staff (& super nice vet with a sense of humor. Two resident laid-back cats present, casually hanging out while I waited for doc, plus large happy black dog on 1st visit, behind reception counter; and 2 small canine "clients" w/ free roam behind offc counter on 2nd visit, plus the greeter cats... so it was a cool, real nice, animal-loving environment. And reasonable charges too.
