There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. luv dublin animal hospital. they always listen when i have a concern about one of my pets and know each of them and me when i come in the door. my animals realy like them so that gets points with me.
