Have been going to this clinic for more than 30 years. Always happy with the results. People who work there are always so pleasant and accomdating.

Only clinic in all of Waco that I could get into with my heavily congested cat Tyler. Dr. Keil & staff are friendly, efficient & no-nonsense. They had us taken care of within minutes for a very reasonable charge for the exam, injection & meds, especially since we were a new patient.

While not the most convenient location for me, Eastside has become my go-to Veterinary practice. They're GREAT folks!!!

I started taking my animals to this vet in 2019 due to never being able to get appointments to my regular clinic. Great prices and staff! I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Dr. Keil and his staff are wonderful and always goes the extra mile to help your pet. I have used him for at least 20+ years

I am not sure how long I have used Dr. Keil, but it must be over 25 yrs. I have never had a problem with any of my dogs he has treated. I will continue to use him for my 2 new fur babies, too

I had been using this vet (Dr.Kenwood Keil) for about 8 years.
October 4 2016 was my very last visit to this clinic.I left there
with one of the few loves of my life. His name was Beast and
he died 2 1/2 hours after I left. In that time I took him home, the
Emergency Animal Hospital on I-35 in Waco, where they told me to go now to Round Rock to see a specialist that night. Dr. Keil had referred
me there but my appointment wasn't for 3 days. I do not know that much about X-Rays, but now after the fact people that read x-rays
and some vets have said his lungs had a lot of fluid and he could not
breath. Flying down I-35 to Round Rock he pasted away basically drowning around Belton. All I ask is WHY?

I have been with this Vet for over 25 years and I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Keil to anyone in need of vet services. They are always friendly and willing to get you in the same day in most cases. Dr.Keil and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly caring people.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I have used Dr. Keil for over 10 years. I have always had very good results and always get in to see him very quickly. I am very satisfied with this vet.
