It's been 7-8 years ago, so I don't recall the waiting room chairs or if he remembered my name because none of that mattered to me. I remember he spent time with me, explained plan, procedure, prognosis. He let me come visit Red Dog, and MOST importantly, he did a perfect surgical procedure on my dog, and my dog passed away almost 2 years ago from old age. However, two weeks before his stroke, he bolted out the door (he LOVED getting out) and ran four city blocks like he'd been shot from a cannon and THAT'S HOW SUCCESSFUL DR. LONG'S SURGERY WAS MANY YEARS BEFORE!!
