Called to see what animals they see and the lady was rude right from the beginning. She complained about how they are short staffed and what not. Asked her if she could recommend any other vets since we are moving to the area and she said to look it up myself. I tell ya one thing, when I get horses, I will not be asking Silver Spring Equine for a darn thing. To the one who answered the phone today, your customer service and attitude are unprofessional.

One thing I really love about them is how easy it is to get an appointment. I never have to worry that they won't be able to see my pet right away. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The staff went out of their way to make both me and my pet feel welcome. It felt like they really cared about both of us. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
