I wasn't impressed with their staff. They didn't make me feel welcome. I had surgery done on my dog (minor) and I went on to work and was told they would call me to let me know how everything went, never heard from them, I called myself and asked how my dog was doing and the receptionist said she would find out and call me back, but never did. I called back again and was told everthing was find. I just think that is poor practice to say you will do one thing but fail to follow through. They are the only vets on the South Side of Jackson.

Pet care isnt a place where your pet will receive care.my little sister and i had a kitten and one of our family members dogs had gotten a hold of...we decided to rush her here since it was the closest place around. we arrived thirty mins before closing time only to find that they had locked the doors(they were still inside). we knocked on the door and a lady came to the door. she could see through the glass that the kitten was badly hurt and she said they wouldnt even look at here. We were forced to go to another vet only to find that she had just passed away. if they only provided the kind of "care" the claim to provide our kitten may still be alive. i will never bring another pet here because care isnt what they offer at all. They care only about money not your pet.

They were one of the most caring, devoted veterinarians I've ever seen. They made my pet feel very comfortable and loved. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
