They basically held my cat hostage , refused to let me see him first until i signed for unnecessary treatment lying to me that his condition was improving which it didn't, it severly worsened, then it was i couldn't see him until i paid for everything. i was bullied, taken advantage of, extorted and forced to consent for unnecessary testing. then after the decision to put him down was made the guy came in and tried to guilt and bully me into paying an additional $500 for a urn , and when i refused he told me if i didn't my little man would be returned in a ziploc bag [which was another lie] pet angles [i believe there name was] included in the cost a beautiful wooden urn with engraved name plate. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH $$ THEY CAN GET FROM YOU.
