They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They didn't answer any of my questions at all. I was very upset and I felt like they weren't willing to help me. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
