Simply put, Dr. Cindy is a miracle worker. While preventive pet care is ideal, and you should see her before your pet's serious problems develop, she is the veterinarian of last resort. She is also a serene and brilliant physician and healer. But don't wait. See her now. Your pets and you will simply LOVE her!

Dr. West and her associates are incredible - a visit to this practice feels like what medicine in general was probably like 50 years ago: individualized attention, listening, compassion, and a true desire to help you and your pet achieve wellness in every way. She's also well informed on new practices and research and of course, her TCM knowledge is her passion and it shows.

I highly recommend Dr. Cindy West in Havana, FL. She determined why my cat was licking off his fur when four different veterinarians in Tallahassee tried diet changes, cortisone shots, and then were going to give him shots for "anxiety." A friend suggested Dr. West, and after the first visit, just by examining him, she determined he had an inflamed liver and put him on something that took care of it. His fur grew back within a couple months.
One vet suggested putting down my older cat when she was obviously really sick. I took her to Dr. Cindy who said, "Apparently, she just had a temporary illness because she is definitely on the mend now." That was 2 years ago, and Jeriann is just fine.

Dr. Cindy is a truly amazing vet and person. The synthesis of her traditional and alternative veterinary expertise allows her to present responsible options that the more limited traditional-only vets cannot provide. As a person, she is compassionate, kind, positive and honest. She is located over an hour's drive from me, and my regular vet whom I both admire and trust has been our vet for more than 25 years; however, with his thoroughgoing approval and support, I will make her a part of our team from now on if circumstances suggest. She is great!
