Roxane is great with my daughter. Like another reviewer said, she doesn't jump on the medication "wagon" like some do. However, after much discussion, if she feels it may be needed then she will tell you so. The office is quiet, clean, and relaxing. She lets us decide whether we feel we need a follow up appointment unless she sees that we obviously do, then she will suggest a follow up. Once you have your first appointment, it's easy to get your other appointments scheduled. If we leave a message, she calls us back herself. There is no receptionist doing her calling. I like that. Overall, we have only had good experiences here.

They've never used foul language, and they always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Ms. Seholm is the best counselor for children. She is the first to not recommend medicine right away. She really works with you and your child trying to resolve the problems. Very wonderful listener and helpful on advice and tips. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
