NOTE: This review should be pre-dated to June 2012. Pinnacle Massage Therapy is a very respectful organization with the exception of one staff member - Michelle Butler, LMT - who doesn't seem to understand the concept of being in a professional environment and listening to the customer. Her use of the facilities is questionable and her attitude seems self-centered. Making herself available at her own convenience and unanswered phone calls show a lack of respect for the profession. She was referred to me as talented yet inexpensive. I will not use or refer her to anyone. Brien Schmauch and Pinnacle is highly professional and pleasant to deal with and should not be condemned for a bad staff member.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Brien Schmauch is an outstanding therapist, I have never felt as good after a masssage and it lasted for a long time. I rebooked for another massage immediately and am looking forward to it. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They answered my questions. However this review is regarding one of the LMT's - Michelle Butler. Michelle is very unprofessional. I was not very satisfied with my visit until another MT offered a shorter massage for my migraine. Michelle had not shown for our appointment - AGAIN. Tonya was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. While Tanya did a super job, her work and client schedule may prove too difficult for me to regularly use her. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT EVER BOOK WITH MICHELLE AGAIN. She has missed two of my husband's appointments, cancelled one of mine and then was a no show. When you rely on someone to perform a service you need for pain and tension relief and they are not reliable you don't keep making appointments with them.
