Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Yes, they were immaculate!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I have been a patient of Dr. Lott intermittantly for more years than he would like me to share....let's leave it at over 20! He has treated me for back pain since divine intervention through a friend referred me to the sharpest chiropractor and healer she had encountered. Although I now visit him only every few years for a flare up of chronic low back arthritis pain, I credit Dr. Lott with my continued ability to work and for giving me the proper treatment and advice. I think he had a big part in my avoidance of narcotic use which is so common in people who have to tolerate chronic pain, and I thank God for him when I am in pain because he never has failed to help me feel better and heal faster.
