I was very disappointed that they weren't able to answer a single one of my questions. It really made me doubt that they knew what they were doing. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They weren't friendly at all. As a matter of fact the nurse named Dee was unprofessional. They were extremely rude and impolite. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Most of the time, they don't call back for quite a while. The office staff is courteous, but slow to set up referrals that
Dr. Briggeman recommends. They close their office during the noon hour and this is inconvenient for out of town patients who arrive early and no place to wait..

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I am extremely happy with the way my appointment went. They made a huge difference in my recovery. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
