Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

They are okay in general and I am happy with them most of the time. However makes me worry when they are not accurate and/or forget the child's age and other stats. Also you shouldn't expect much for the bedside caring since I was shocked to see how harsh she was especially when she seems to be stressed out.

The receptionist will make errors on the prescription time to time so make sure you double check before you leave.
