It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious.But she really gave me a HARD time. I actually was in tears on one of my visit because she spoke to me like I was less than a human. She apologized afterwards, but it was very unprofessional. I would not recommend any one to her, even if my life depended on it.

I LOVE Dr. Stanley! I have brought 3 of my children to her for braces and have been extremely happy with her approach and wholistic philosophy. She is not conventional and that is what we LOVE about her:)
