I have had excessive waiting times twice now - 2 hours. When I make an appt with a DOCTOR - I plan to see the DOCTOR. When I make an appt with a PA I plan to see the PA. This has not always been the case. The office staff is very polite. I feel they are overworked and I think they patients are over-booked. It is inexcusible to sit for two hours waiting for your appt - most especially when you schedule an early morning appt. The office does not call with reminders the day before the scheduled visit - other offices do.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I had surgery that was much more then he thought the origional problem was and ended up in the hospital for 7 days instead of two, docter winters checked on me everyday including sat, and sunday!
