I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Dr. Poznyansky is a true professional. His work is always top notch and he has an unparallel attention to detail. His office is very advanced, and his staff is beyond courteous and nice and does a great job of never overbooking appointments. Dr. Poznyansky has been my family's dentist for over 5 years and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.

I really had no idea that such professional and personable dentists still exist!. Dr. P personally took the time to answer all my questions and give me options about the splinting procedure. He gave me time to think about what i wanted and encouraged me to call back if I had any additional concerns. When I decided to get the procedure, he set up a one hour office time just for me. It was completely painless and I felt the results as soon as the anesthesia wore off. My teeth feel great since then. Thanks!!!!

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
