dr franklin has always been very hospitable and understanding. she is quick to listen and slow to judge. she does make suggestions to better patients health, but does not push any ideas. many people complain because there is usually a wait, deal with it! babies are born everyday. dr franklin takes time with her patients and is always sincere. as long as i am not being cut short with my visit, i do not mind waiting. my only suggestion would be that they make the people in the waiting room aware of delays longer that one hour, incase they need to reschedule. i would refer anyone to her.
