She made sure every single question I had was answered, and she offered alternative hours on the weekends. She was really knowledgeable--more than anyone I've seen in the past. She always offered helpful advice. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Absolutely! I can always count on them
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
