I met Bernie 20 years ago when I was having physical therapy on my neck and upper back. I had a history of chiropractic and physical therapy care for years and it wasn't until the physical therapist ordered 20 minute sessions with Bernie after my physical therapy that I started to feel relief.
Needless to say, this is where I concentrate my efforts to feel well. I see Bernie on a monthly basis to maintain my health. I have found it to be a great stress reliever and I have not been to the doctor for my bulging disks since Bernie started deep tissue message therapy on my neck & back. It works for me and I would highly recommend Bernie. You will find
her to be both pleasant and professional!
