They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I feel so confident that this acupuncturist will do whatever is necessary to free me of pain! We are a team and I love how confident the whole office is in the practice!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all! I trust them completely

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Their staff was friendly enough. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in.. Sitting on exam table was uncomfortable for lengthy explanation of Chinese medicine. I was given the plans for treatment including pricing. The doctor told me to think about how I wanted to proceed and that she had another patient to check on and left me for more than 20 mins. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this acupuncturist to my friends or family. I would go elsewhere.
