I could not be any happier with my care. Ellen was instrumental in helping me regain control of my life. I initally sought help wihen a family member was terminally ill which was causing me anxiety. Through therapeutic techniques Ellen helped me to figure out the underlying cause of my stress and anxiety. Three years later, I could not be any happier! I am so grateful for Ellen's advice and empowerment!

Counseling sessions with Ellen Ochs have been very helpful. She is very down to earth and provides helpful feedback. I would definitely recommend her to family or friends.

Condescending, interrupted me multiple times, and resolutely stuck to massively outdated information about Autism Spectrum Disorder, to the point of her stubbornness detracting from information retention that was actually relevant to what I needed from a practitioner.
