Their prices were not fair at all. I have a vet in another town but had recently adopted a dog and she was the vet who first saw him, so I brought him to Dr. Rybak. Not only is she extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off (being my vet doesn't charge half her price), she quoted me one price and when it was time to pick up my dog she charged way more than the quote. She's all about the money, I didn't feel like she cared one bit for my dog. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I would go to them over any other veterinarian. I've never doubted their abilities. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
