My dentist told me I had TMJD because of the pain I had been experiencing and said I should try acupuncture to help. So I went to Dr. T and he took great care of my pain with acupuncture and laser therapy. I believe this really got to the root of my issue with the jaw since I was under a lot of stress at home and work. The treatment was taking into account all of my life situation and helped deal with addressing the stress. The treatments were super relaxing and the effects lasted for days after. I just feel more calm and have a greater sense of well-being in addition to not having the jaw problems anymore.

Shingles got me bad last year, so I looked for help and found Dr. McCormick. He got rid of the pain within 20 minutes into the first treatment. What he does works really well and he didn't use any drugs. He told me about his many experiences treating patients in a hospital in China. It was very impressive to me and it is obvious he knows what he is doing. People don't have to suffer with Shingles pain when they can see him for treatment. I really don't know why my family doctor didn't tell me about him or how acupuncture can help. Please consider seeing him because he can really help you.

As a migraine headaches have been a big part of my life for many years, I was very happy to finally get some lasting pain management with Dr. McCormick. He used a holistic natural approach to treating me and getting to the source of my pain. I am off all of my migraine medications and am using the herbal and nutritional supplements he prescribed and getting monthly treatments to help maintain me free of intense migraines. The frequency and intensity of headaches has significantly decreases and continues to improve over time. I have seen him for a series of 6 treatments initially once a week. Now it is just monthly. I'm glad we have options in treatment in Cheyenne. Dr. McCormick is a blessing.

I found Dr. McCormick to be very helpful and very skilled at dealing with my chronic pain issues using acupuncture, cold laser therapy, Chinese herbal medicine and nutrition. I suffered with peripheral neuropathy for a long time and his treatments really helped me the most and the effects have lasted for months. I found him to be very professional and experienced. I've told so many people about my great results or they simply see it in my ability to walk normally now.

With regard to the review/comment made on 01/21/2012, I would hardly have paid attention to this.....it implies that 'one should be concerned', but fails to explain why.....in regard to the com pay being 'not Officially' existing, this too is a nonsense as not all practices have to be 'official'.....lets face it, if you get good service, you will return, if you don't, you'll vote with your feet......Do you have a problem with the service? Do you have a problem relating to the conditions you feel can be resolved by Dr. McCormick, then give it a go............I am NOT Concerned, so you should not be either.........I think the guy (very-concerned), has a pain in his head........I'm afraid that this maybe another kind of Doctor you need to see!

Terry McCormick DAOM - Oregon Disciplinary Action

Terry McCormick doesn't seem to be in very good standing with the Oregon Medical Board. Below is the public record of his disciplinary action with the Oregon Acupuncture board and his violations of the Medical Practice Act. Including 2 DUI's, Insurance Billing Fraud, falsifying treatment notes, providing untruthful answers when applying for licensure, Misleading Marketing according to the finding. He has also secured a website www.wyaoma.org and has ostensibly appointed himself as President of the "Wyoming Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Association" Which at this time does't officially exist with the State of Wyoming.
