I don't know about the last person but Jennifer Has never massaged my arm pits. She is fantastic! The only time she has ever cut my time short was when I showed up late. I have been a loyal client of hers for 5 years now. She is honest and friendly.

Purchased thru Groupon and was looking forward to trying them as there's not many places in town to get a message. It was, without a doubt the weirdest massage I've ever received. At least 70% of the massage was concentrated on my armpits. I was asked at the beginning where my pain was and I told her all over especially my back and shoulders. Why she went for my armpits ill never know.

About 3 weeks later there was an outdoor event downtown and she had a booth setup giving 5 and 10 min massages. As I was walking by I noticed she had someone on her table and sure enough, she was only massaging her armpits.

Maybe this is something new I don't know about in the world of massage but I found it just plain weird and will not be going back.

Also watch out for the time. I paid for a 90 min massage and was told I was finished after 65 mins.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I knew I was in for a very relaxing experience as soon as I walked in the door to get my massage. The waiting room area was so beautiful and serene and the chairs were amazingly comfortable. This was a good indication to me that I was in for a real treat and I was right.
