Took my friend's dog there. What a chaotic environment. Most of my customers are animal hospital so I have seen probably 60 practices in the past 20 years.
THIS PLACE IS SO DISORGANIZED. Huge problem is; they don't ever answer their phone. Since they are FAR away from anything--a phone call may save a 60 miles trip. Nope. You can call all day--they will never answer.
The RECEPTIONISTS are not friendly in the least. When I went in there. NO one even acknowledged me for 15 minutes---even though, they were sitting right there. One receptionist, she's brunette and kind of heavy set is the worst. She simply ignored me then said not "Hi." but "I'm with a customer." What do you thnk I am???
First impressions not good. The reason is the from office is a DISASTER.

My dog had been there all day--I was supposed to pick him up...well, just to pick him up took 3 hours. THIS IS WHY I NEEDED TO CALL--no one answers the phone and there IS NO VOICE MAIL.

Dr Griggs seems like a good natured man who cares about animals. Its sad to see his practice--his livelihood run by completely uneducated women who have ZERO social skills.

Dr. Griggs---DO SOMETHING about your front office.

Dr. Griggs is a wonderful vet,,,trust him fully with all my furbabies. Was willing to meet me on a Saturday to get some medicine for my sick baby. He's a good man...you'll like him....

Dr. Griggs is an amazing vet! I refer people to him all of the time. I have never met a vet that will just sit down with my dogs and cuddle with them before he even starts working on them. He wants them to trust him. He is reasonably priced, seriously has a big heart for the animals, and goes the extra mile. I live in Tallahassee, and he is about 40 mins from me. Shepherd Springs is so worth the drive.
