They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was really happy there. Their staff was was also fun and enthusiastic.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

About 6 months before I became a patient of Dr. Ormand's I was experiencing frequent and intense back pain that sometimes would sometimes leave me stuck on the couch for days at a time. A few days after Christmas the pain became so intense that I had to do something about it. I made an appointment and was seen the same day. Over the course of the first few weeks I had adjustments pretty much everyday. Within the first week the pain was pretty minimal and I could resume my normal activity. Dr. Ormand suggested that I change my life style which included exercising and eating a well balanced diet. What was the changing moment for me was when he showed me what my spine looked like and what would happen if I didn't make a change in my life. I'm happy to say almost four months later I'm down almost 15lbs, and my pain is pretty much gone. I can't thank Dr. Ormand enough for the encouragement he has given me along the way. I always enjoy my time spent in his office. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing any type of discomfort.

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.

I went for an initial evaluation with Dr. Ormand about 2 months ago for lower back pain & neck pain from a work-related injury & also preexisting scholiosis. The moment I met Dr. Ormand and his staff I was amazed at how friendly & caring they were. I knew right away I was in the right place! I have no health Insurance and Dr. Ormand quickly suggested Care Credit and other payment options. After only 2 months about 80% of my pain is gone, and I'm so thankful to have found a chiropractor who not only knows what he's doing, but does his job very well; while also making each visit welcoming & enjoyable! Thanks a million Dr. Ormand!
