Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I was ecstatic after my appointment! I knew that I was going to improve with Mark Baxter, D.C.'s treatment! I wasn't worried about Mark Baxter, D.C.'s equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when Mark Baxter, D.C. informed me of what was learned at the latest conference attended and how it was incorporated into the practice. Mark Baxter, D.C. made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. There was lots of available parking at Mark Baxter, D.C.'s office.
