Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Randy is one of the best in his field, some of the results of his treatments were simply amazing, no miracles but seemed close to it, and he does that consistently, results are lasting for weeks and months, some injuries were almost completely healed in weeks if not days; same for my wife and daughter--i could go into details but why? He simply is a tremendous DC;

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I am referring everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment. Randy is current with the latest techniques which he learns at the latest conferences where he is also one of the presenters.

Randy simply is top-notch.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I have no idea what the restrooms were like. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was lots of available parking at Randall Robirds, D.C.'s office. I am not on any pain medication and I didn't go to him for pain. However, I am on anti-depressants and after one visit with Dr. Robirds, he told me I could start weaning off of my medication. He is an absolute expert in the field and I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care.
