Dr. Hetzel changed my life. I had a number of auto-immune issues when I went to him and over time he has helped me tremendously.
If you are not getting answers to your health issues from regular MDs, it may be worth your time to see Dr. Hetzel.

Dr. Hetzel is a unique chiropractor and is amazing at what he does. Due to a past experience, I've been quite leery of chiropractors but a good friend of mine convinced me to go with her to her appointment to meet Dr. Hetzel and observe her session. She told me it was hard to explain what he does and it's better to just watch or experience it to understand. Her assessment was right and I'll be forever grateful to her for allowing me to observe her visit and grateful to Dr. Hetzel for all that he has done for me and my two daughters.
Dr. Hetzel doesn't employ office staff so if you're interested in meeting him, please don't be afraid to leave a message on his voice mail. He is very good at returning calls.

I felt much better after my appointment. My condition was improved. He paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I was very disappointed in the treatment I had at this office. I was struggling financially and needed to find someone good to help me with leg and hip pain. The first visit was $250.00 which is very high and after speaking with Dr. Hetzel beforehand I felt confident and hopeful that he could help. I had my first visit and paid the $250.00. The next day I noticed that I did not have any relief at all so I called to let him know. He told me I could come back in again which I did for a much shorter visit and he wanted to charge me an additional $100.00. I was shocked that he would charge me when i had no results the previous day. I asked for a full refund from the original visit because Ive been to other chiropractors and know how you should feel when you leave. Dr. Hetzel would not refund me! I decided to write this review because I am sure there are others who like me were in pain and at the time I was unemployed so this was a big expense. Had he helped me, I would have gladly gone to him again and paid his prices, however, he did not! I have since gone to another Chiropractor who helped me in just one visit.
