I've seen Dr Gilbo 3 times and my back feels so much better. I thought Chiropractors were in the bone popping business but that is not true. This has been a great experience and I would highly recommend him. His staff is very nice and helpful as well.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Dr. Gilbo and his staff are little short of miracle workers. I have never been turned away when I needed help or heard of anyone else being turned away, and yet somehow I never wait more then 20 minutes in the waiting room, and it's rare to wait more then 5 minutes. Everyone from Sharon Gilbo, his wife and secretary, to Kim and Mary, his nurse and therapist, to Dr. Gilbo himself go out of their way to make everything easy and make you feel like a part of a family. Dr. Gilbo has a touch gentle enough to work on even the most sensitive or painful of areas and through myself, my friends, and my family I have seen him help everything from broken bones to arthritis to chronic migraines to seizures. I have had multiple disabilities since birth and he has treated me since before I can remember. I can't imagine what it would be like without his aid and would recommend him to anyone.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
