Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I felt very safe in Shauna Olsen, D.C.'s care. I definitely trust them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
