Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.

My wife received services here and we were told that they were covered under our insurance. We thought to ourselves that we should check with the insurance company first but the staff assured us that they would take care of it and call them. My wife was pregnant at the time and only received minimum services from Dr. Duran. My wife's sister was going to him as well and only had to pay $30, she didn't even have insurance. All we had to pay was the $35 co-pay and we thought everything was fine.

Were we ever wrong.

Comes to find out the staff never did call our insurance company and the services WERE NOT covered. So you can imagine we were surprised when we recieved a bill for over $600 worth of services, some she didn't and couldn't even recieve because she was 6 months pregnant. We tried to call and speak to them. I have never been so rudely spoken to in my life. Basically all they would say is that we didn't know what we were talking about and to "just pay the bill" Their words exactly. They would not listen to us or try to help us in any way. When we told them who it was that told us it was covered under our insurance they stated that she no longer worked there and it was impossible to verify. Mr. Duran would not even speak to us.

In the end they sued us.

If you choose to use his service, be warned. The entire staff there is severely incompetent.
