They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. After my chiropractic treatments I don't experience as much pain as I did before, but I still need pain medication occasionally. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. We have been through several chiropactors in the area, by far Dr. McCartney has earned not only my business but more importantly my respect!!
