They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Randy Dierenfield, D.C. explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
