I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've given me a couple of nutritional and lifestyle tips, but I wish I had gotten more. I know it would have sped up my recovery.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
