I was in a severe car accident which caused me to have constant head aches and the worse neck pain.I went to many doctors and PT with no results. after spending 2 years in constant pain and destroying my stomach with medication I found Dr Miritello who is the best!!!! The staff is so kind and attentive .They really care about their patients and are true professionals. They got me back to work ,running and living again. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!!! Jim

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Miritello for years. He has helped us with migraines, sciatica, neck pain, sports injuries and even colic with my newborn. He is extremely knowledgable, kind, and patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Miritello and his friendly staff to anyone!

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I had severe neck pain on a weekend, I could not turn my neck. they fixed me up fast!! great staff great care. thank you

I called your office and asked what office visits would be using my Med Advantage Insurance Blue Cross. She said $25 per visit.

I also told you directly that I only wanted to pay $25 per visit. You agreed. No one ever told me about a $100 first visit consultation. I even told you no x rays that I did not want to pay but $25 per visit. You agreed.

Your front desk person told me every time I left that it would be $25 co pay. I paid using my credit card every time. No one ever mentioned the $100 (hidden) first consultation fee. I specifically asked if there were any other fees.

I even sent my husband to you because I was paying ONLY $25 per visit. You are a disgrace to your profession. I call this underhanded and am paying this under protest.
You seemed like such a nice person but YOU and your office mis-represented yourselves. ONLY 6 months after the fact do you send me a bill with the billing.

Wow. How do you sleep at night. I sure hope you are not LDS because there is a certain question you are asked: Honest with your business dealings. ???

Amazing that you are still in business with this type of ethics. ONLY after 6 months is there a bill that shows up. I asked each time what the payment should be and she said $25 co pay. Just want you to know that we are paying this under protest.

I went to another chiropractric center:
They only charged me $10 per visit and the x rays were covered by my insurance. Why this discrepancy. You charged $25 and then a hidden fee of $100 consultation.
Something is very unethical about your practice. The Verve Wellness Chiropractic 4824 E. Baseline Rd. Suite #140 and #110 Mesa, AZ 85206
Hopefully you will consider removing this fee from my bill.
