They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Dr Lee is awesome. He has been taking care of my family for years. He takes the time to explain what he is doing during your treatment, listens to your feedback, and answers your questions. He has been wonderful about squeezing us in for emergencies, and is always there when we need him. I would, and do, recomend him to everyone I know!

The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.
