They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
