They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Dr. Rose is very good. He is very nice. Its actually a pleasure going to his office.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They are considerate and concerned for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Dr.Rose was able to help me with a problem most chiropractors totally skip or can't even find!
