They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
