They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
