They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.
