Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Dr. Terence Dulin is arrogant and mood and not very helpful on any level. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone else. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did with this chiropractor. The office smells funny.

Warning: Dr. Terence Dulin is a regular Dr. jekyll and Ms. Hyde. He is creepy and seems to have multiple personalities, one being narcissistic. The staff doesn't seem to respect him or his patients. They never made any effort to follow up or return any of my calls and it made me feel extremely frustrated. When I complained, the staff and Dr. just made up excuses and were extremely defensive. Dr. Dulin, in particular, became very defensive and hostile. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did with Dr. Dulin and his staff.
