They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was in really bad shape, and I was young. He not only made me feel better with my back, but well enough to take on all my life's tasks! Thanks Dr. Dow and Dr. Dow JR. You guys are the bestest!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication?
No, but I need a lot less than before

Thomas Dow, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference!!
Dr. Dow and his great staff in both locations are fantastic! He is a man who truly cherishes his clients and their well being. I came to him after a car accident and NUMEROUS doctors, pt, accupuncture, spinal epidural injections , Orthaepidics, neurologists did Not help me.DR. DOW IS A GREAT MAN WHO BASICALLY SAVED MY LIFE! His care and the results of his treatment gave me a chance to live again! He relieved my pain in my body and relieved the stress I had been enduring due to finding no relief in the past with all the doctors I had seen. He gave me faith in believing that I would be well again, and now I know that there is no one better that I will EVER TRUST my health with than him!!

A++++++++ EXCELLENT DOCTOR AND STAFF DOES NOT EVEN GIVE THEM THE CREDIT THEY DESERVE!
