After I left my first appointment, I had absolutely no hope they would be able to help me. I wasn't very confident that they knew what they were doing. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They kind of exaggerated how much they could do for me. They weren't able to follow through with everything they said they would. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Salvatore Germino, D.C.. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They were easy to reach in an emergency. I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was well organized and clean. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me.
