They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

Dr. Alicia Armitstead is a fantastic practitioner and ally in getting your health back on track. She has helped me immensely and I am so grateful for finally meeting someone who is as interested as I am in getting well. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. She is easy to reach in an emergency. When I called she answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. She has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting her customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The treatment method -- nutritional response testing -- was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

Absolutely not! All my questions about my X-Rays were ignored

I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I was in a minor fender bender not long ago,and and being the "tuff guy" i am i dismissed the pain in my Neck/shoulders. A week later a colleague of mine thought it might be more serious so she recommend I see Dr. Armitstead. After the first visit all of my pain was gone and i had full mobility in my neck.As a Life long Athlete I only visit an MD once a year.I don't really trust them or any "White Coat",But Dr. Armitstead's direct and Honest approach to healing has restored my faith in Doctors and the medical proffession in general.

Dr. Armistead is amazing. I believe in chiropractic medicine, but am not trusting of chiropractors, in
general. So many have said to me that I have to come 3 times per week, which to me just seems like a way to make money. I told Dr. Armistead I wasn't interested in that and she told me that is not how she works, and it's true. The first time I went, I had one follow up visit, then she told me I didn't have to come back unless I had pain. Amazing! I have been seeing her on a regular basis, anyway, because of various issues, including migraines. Not only does she "adjust" you, but she works on your muscles and gives you exercises to do. I highly recommend her.
