This is the office of 2 very knowledgeable caring and effective people. ONe is Dr. Scarpelli. THe other is Pat Scarpelli. As the receptionist/office researcher/consultant as I call her you will notice that as soon as you get off the elevator and down the hall and buzzed into the beautifully decorated simple space Ms. Scarpelli and Dr. Scarpelli have created a wellness center!

Please make an appointment if you can and be ready to experience a session as well as a pre-session with Ms. Patricia Scarpelli that leaves you WELL!

My experience at The Madison Wellness Center was outstanding. I found Dr. Scarpelli and his team to be easy to communicate with concerning my medical condition and they took the time to listen to my issues regarding pain and discomfort.
I have engaged several Chiropractors in NYC and as I travel for business and I can say that my experience with Dr, Scarpelli was professional and effective.
Dr. Scarpelli and his staff upon review of my case history offered several options for treatment and I had the final say on how we were to proceed.
Payment process was seamless and scheduling my next visit completed prior to my departure.
It is a busy office as Dr. Scarpelli has a significant client base but I never felt rushed and at the end of the appt., we sat down and collaborated on an 'action plan' for treatment for the next 90 -180 days.
Very good experience and I would recommend the Dr. and the facility to friends.

Not at all. I had to drive for hours to get my X-Rays

Don't waste your time or money! I wish I found this website sooner. I experience the same as the negative reviews. Note that 3 of the positive reviews start with the same words, "Not only did I have..." was likely written by the same person. Scarpelli was friendly at first, but as I started asking questions, he got very defensive and spoke to me in a condescending tone. The treatment was what he wanted to do as if he had a scripted routine as in the same manner as the 3 positive reviews were written! Rather than address my problem area, he kept insisting he was the expert and the president of some council therefore knows what's best for me. After the treatment, my discomfort did not improve and he had the nerve to give me a "God Bless You" as if he were some holy man doing God's work. Strangely, when I asked him for a receipt for the cash portion of my payment, he was trying to discourage it as if he wanted to pocket the cash or not report it on taxes. The whole ordeal left me feeling worst both physically and emotionally. Just like his fake reviews, he's playing doctor's office at the expense of people's suffering. I already warned my therapist not to refer any more patients. Do not use him!

During my first call to make an appointment with another practitioner who shares their office, I was told rudely that I would be called back in half an hour and then the receptionist hung up on me before I could say a word. After 50 minutes, I called back, and the doctor answered, and said that the receptionist was taking care of a patient's baby and would get to me in a minute. After a minute, the doctor got back on the phone and told me she would call me back in another half hour, and that he could not make an appointment for me. Then he hung up on me because he said he had another call. A while later, I called back again, and the doctor said "I said I apologized" in the rudest tone imaginable. I asked if I could leave a message, so that I would not have to wait for the call back, and the doctor said the receptionist already had my message. No, i said, she had my number. I wanted to leave my window for appointments so that she could book one for me and leave a message for me, since by this time I had to go out. He grudgingly said "OK, i will script your message myself!" This was after saying that he would not hang up on me, which is classic passive-aggressive behavior. After he took my availability for appointments, he said "God bless you," which is basically a condescending thing to say if you are being at all hostile, and he was. A couple of hours later, while I was out, the receptionist called and left a message for me saying that she would talk to my practitioner and he would call me directly. I called up to ask why, and she said it would be best, and hung up. I called back to ask what this was all about, and she said that I had better learn some manners. After that, there is no way that I am ever going into that office again. This has been the most toxic dose I have ever experienced with "healers" and their staff.

The staff was unfriendly and rude. They were very cold and made no effort at all to welcome me or make me feel comfortable. During my adjustments, they completely ignored the area where I was experiencing pain, which is the whole reason I went there. They just tried to sell me on a bunch of other stuff that had nothing to do with my condition. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. My adjustments hurt a lot. They didn't seem to care about my comfort in the least. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
